5	Strategy Discussion in response to referral of child protection concern	Within 24 hours
6	Informing referrer and family of outcome of referral	Within seven working days of receipt of the referral
7	Completion of Core Assessment	Within thirty five working days of the completion of the initial assessment or the date of the Strategy Discussion
8	Convening of child protection conference for children who move into Wolverhampton and are subject of a child protection plan	Within 15 working days of the child moving to Wolverhampton.
9	Submission of social worker's conference report to conference chair	One working day prior to the case conference
10	Provision of Decisions and Recommendations record to keyworker and the family	Within 24 hours of the conference decision
11	Informing child of outcome of case conference	Within one working day
12	Distribution of record of case conference to all participants	Within fifteen working days
13	First meeting of core group for child subject to child protection plan	Within ten working days of the initial child protection conference
14	Distribution of child protection plan to core group members	Within four weeks of the initial child protection conference
15	Meetings of core group	At least every six weeks
16	First child protection review conference	Within three months of the initial child protection conference
17	First child protection review conference for a child who is subject to a child protection plan as a result of a pre-birth conference	Within four weeks of the birth of the child
